    Airport Pick-up Information: Our representative will meet you with a placard of your Name at the Las Vegas airport for pick-up for all International and domestic arrivals at the arrival baggage claim area.

    Welcome to LAS VEGAS! It is a pure, exuberant city renowned for its countless casinos, reputation as a party town, bright and colorful neon lights, fantastic hotels, theaters, and many shopping opportunities.
    Check into the HOTEL Paris at 4 p.m. Our Company representative will hand over the keys to the guest between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the lobby.
    The hotel is located right in the heart of the Strip. Stay in the center of the action with everything from unique shows to outdoor shopping plazas. Las Vegas Hotel and Casino will transport you to the City of Lights with the same passion, excitement, and ambiance as any romantic city.
    Meet your tour manager at 5:30 p.m. on the ground floor near the elevator to start the tour.
    Dinner will be at an Indian restaurant.
    After dinner, prepare for the 'V'- The Ultimate Variety Show (V Theater or Saxe Theater is located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino). A variety show filled with fun, fast-paced, high-energy specialty acts and daredevil stunts from around the World - Voted Best Las Vegas Show! The show will start at 8.30 p.m.
    IMPORTANT -Due to some reason if you cannot make it to the show - Tour provider is not liable, and there will be no refunds for missing it. If the V show is not operating a similar kind of show will be given. After enjoying the show, please walk to the hotel Paris.

  • Day : 2 Las Vegas -OPTIONAL GRAND CANYON, LAS VEGAS STRIP TOUR (B, D)

    Today is a free day on own. If you have booked your GRAND CANYON through us, our Tour manager will drop you off at the pickup location for your tour.

    Meet your Tour manager in the evening for dinner at an Indian restaurant. After dinner, enjoy Explore the bright lights of the famous LAS VEGAS STRIP TOUR THE STRIP in the coach. Where you will have an unobstructed view of the Vegas glitz and glamour. Next, proceed to must-see Vegas landmarks. FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE - VIVA VISION LIGHT SHOWs sound and light show on an immense canopy screen. This stop will wow you with 12 million LEDs flashing under a four-block-long canopy, with zip liners flying overhead.

    Today, after checkout, enroute to an Indian Restaurant for Breakfast before departing to Los Angeles.

    Proceed to do a City tour of Los Angeles. Enjoy a GUIDED TOUR OF LOS ANGELES by our experienced tour guide. Drive through the busy streets of LA, Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, and rodeo drive. Get your picture of the famous Hollywood sign from one of the vantage points.

    After breakfast at the hotel, it is time to enjoy Universal Studios Hollywood. This Sprawling
    Amusement Park with thrilling theme rides, restaurants, shows, shops, and one of the oldest real working movie studios in use is a unique and fun-filled experience for the whole family. There's lots to explore for all ages throughout the Park.

  • Day : 5 FRESNO - YOSEMITE -SAN FRANCISCO(B, D)

    California is known for its natural beauty that it portrays; today, we will be showing you the
    greatest one of all! It is beyond your imagination! We will be visiting Yosemite National Park,
    one of the most spectacular places to visit in the world!
    Today, after breakfast at the hotel, you will drive from FRESNO TO YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK (2 hrs. Drive approximately). Yosemite is internationally recognized for its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, sequoia groves, lakes, mountains, meadows, and glaciers. Enjoy the breathtaking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife, and geology most famous sights.

    From YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK, drive to SAN Fransisco (approximately 4 ½ hours) to check into your hotel. Enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant enroute.

    After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a full day to enjoy in SAN FRANCISCO today.

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel (check-out time is 11 a.m.). Transfers will be provided to the airport.

Tour Notes

1) Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list prior to your travel date.

2) Tour Operator reserves the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on the weather, traffic, or any other conditions for the convenience of the passengers.

3) Hotel rates are subject to change at the time of booking

4) Child age is 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.

5) One piece of medium luggage and one carry-on per person is recommended

6) If the suggested hotels are not available at the time of the confirmation, we will offer alternative hotels with new rates. We will do our best to maintain the rates of course, but all depends on availability.

7) Early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to the hotel’s availability.

8) In case of different dates or number of paying passengers, rates will be subject to changes.

9) In case of human or computer error, we reserve the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.

10) A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers. Passengers need to wear masks upon entering the vehicle for their pickup.

11) For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase

12) Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am.

13) Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 5:30 p.m.

14) Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.

15) Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be a 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours under 15 passengers, we will have a Driver as the Tour leader.

16) Tour Operator is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.

17) Hotels will ask for CC with your personal name on the card at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 1-2 business weeks for the charge to disappear from the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.

18) We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. This will be $25 per person. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.

19) We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.

20) Tour Operator is not equipped to assist any special needs and wheelchair passengers on this tour.

21) The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes and an umbrella are recommended

22) Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided. In case of natural Calamities and wildfires, the route and itinerary will change without prior notification.

23) Tour Operator does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.

24) Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room, we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds. We try our best to accommodate your room request regarding view and category. This request is subject to the hotel and cannot be guaranteed. Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that they may incur at the hotel.

25) In no event we are liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.

26) In the event of such wildfires, snow and ice, road icing, and road closures, we reserve the right to temporarily change the itinerary of the day to ensure the safety of the journey instead of going to Yosemite.

27) We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through Tour Operator. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. If the optional tours which is not purchased through us. Tour Operator will not provide any assistance with that service.

28) In case of Coach Breakdown, we will provide a different coach as soon as possible. Tour Operator will provide No monetary compensation.

29) The Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are confirmed – But in case of the occurrence of any circumstance beyond control – such as acts of god, war, acts of terrorism, Government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facility – to the extent that such circumstances, the same Hotel cannot be provided. Tour Operator will give a similar Hotel -However, Tour Operator will not offer any monetary compensation.

30) There will be no tour Manger for 5 pax and less
