Tour Notes

1) Cancellation policy and charges from travel 1. Greater than 45 days and above - 100% refund. 2. 45 - 30 days - 50% refund 3. 30 days and less - 0% refund.

2) Things to Carry Raincoat, umbrella, weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable walking shoes. Valid passport/visa and tour voucher with contact numbers. Working credit card in guest name for hotel deposits (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover). Cash for mandatory tips and personal needs. One carry-on and one checked bag per person (due to coach luggage space).

3) Tour managers' details will be provided one week before departure.

4) Check-in at hotels: 4:00 p.m. / Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

5) Porterage/baggage handling not included, available at extra cost.

6) Hotel rooms typically have a maximum of two double beds; rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two beds.

7) Water bottles/kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.

8) Seating on the coach is first-come, first-served.

9) For groups under 15 passengers, a driver will act as the tour leader, and meals may be plated instead of buffet.

16) Accessibility & Special Assistance:

17) Tours Limited is not equipped to provide specialized assistance for guests with mobility or other special needs and cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible facilities or vehicles. Guests requiring such assistance must travel with a companion who can provide support.

18) Personal Belongings:

19) Guests are responsible for their own valuables, travel documents, and personal belongings. Tours Limited is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

20) Property Damage:

21) Guests are liable for any damage they cause to hotels, coaches, venues, or other property while on tour.

22) No-Show

23) No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

24) Inclusions & Incidentals:

25) Unless otherwise stated, packages include a hotel room, applicable taxes, and breakfast (if indicated). All incidentals (e.g., room service, minibar, laundry, and any damage charges) are the guest's responsibility and may be charged to the credit card on file.

26) Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions:

27) For safety or operational reasons, including weather and traffic, the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond Tours Limited control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.

28) Optional Excursions

29) Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through Tours Limited. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; Tours Limited assumes no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.

30) Coach Breakdowns:

31) If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.

32) Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure):

33) While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.

34) Limitation of Liability:

35) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tours Limited will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
