2) AIRPORT TRANSFER ON Arrival in NEW YORK and Departure from Buffalo is included. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. at the hotel in NY. An early check can not be guaranteed.

    Welcome to New York City, the place of skyscrapers and history and where culture mingles with its people. When you check into the Luxurious property, experience a world-class New York hotel in the center of the world most visited tourist attraction area of New York.
    At the hotel, check in at 4 PM in NY. The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The Hotel will accept Credit cards in the guest's name only. The only cards accepted are international credit/debit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discovery Card. The Hotel will release the hold from the Credit card within three weeks in case of no incidental charges. Everyone takes a zero balance statement at check out.
    Meet your tour manager at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the tour.
    Walk for 10 minutes in Times Square and enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant—a perfect time to relax after a long journey and introduce yourself to all the group members.
    After dinner, enjoy free time at TIMES SQUARE on your own to see the city in action at night.

    New York City is the most dynamic and exciting city in America. It is overflowing with activities, tours, monuments, and museums.
    Prepare for an extraordinary experience with SUMMIT ONE VANDERBILT - A 93-story tall skyscraper. Enjoy a breathtaking city view.
    Afterward, we take the ferry to STATUE OF LIBERTY from Battery Park. On arrival at Liberty Island, proceed to have lunch on your own. View the world-famous iconic STATUE OF LIBERTY, symbolizing the country's freedom.
    Now, let's take a CITY TOUR OF NEW YORK through the eyes of our experienced tour guide. You will enjoy an excellent New York drive experience, which includes the 9/11 Memorial, United Nations Organization, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel (Hudson Yard), Brooklyn Bridge. There will be a few Photo stops.
    Now it's time for the sumptuous Indian Dinner.

    Get an early start to your day with breakfast at an Indian Restaurant,
    Next, drive to THE MILLS AT JERSEY GARDENS, the largest shopping mall in New Jersey with more than 200 stores. Enjoy a Lunch at one of the many restaurants on your own in the food court.
    Drive to Philadelphia (approximately 1-1/2 hours' drive without traffic)
    GUIDED CITY TOUR OF PHILADELPHIA. Our entertaining tour guide is a history buff. It will introduce the group to a real sense of Philadelphia's place in history.
    Drive to Washington, DC (3.5 hours) for a comfortable dinner at an Indian restaurant.

    Say good morning to DC with a warm breakfast at the hotel!
    Enjoy a CITY TOUR OF DC with a specialized guide covering all the significant landmarks. You will see the major monuments That cover World War || - Lincoln Memorial - the White House - the U.S. Capitol, and much more with few photo stops.
    Explore the NATIONAL MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY to view all the different exhibits related to natural history.

    After breakfast, proceed to do the PENNSYLVANIA CAPITOL TOUR "THE HANDSOMEST BUILDING." The Pennsylvania State Capitol is the seat of government for the U.S. state of Pennsylvania and is in downtown Harrisburg. Take an inside peek at the political hub of the state.
    Check out the sweetest destination on the itinerary. HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD. Get on an exhilarating chocolate ride that takes you to the origin of chocolate making. Experience the fun and unwrap your chocolate adventure.
    Lunch on your own.
    Drive to Corning to check out the World's most comprehensive Glass collection at CORNING MUSEUM OF GLASS. The museum brings the glass to life by having live demonstrations.
    Proceed to Niagara Falls (Approximately 3 hours from Corning).
    After Dinner at an Indian restaurant, we will proceed to the ILLUMINATION OF NIAGARA FALLS AT NIGHT -This illumination includes a range of colors that alternate throughout the evening and shine over all of Niagara Falls. Check into the hotel.

  • Day : 6 NIAGARA FALLS, NIAGARA ADVENTURE THEATRE, MAID OF THE MIST, CAVE OF THE WINDS(B,D)

    Start your day with breakfast at the hotel,
    There will be no coach services today.
    Walk to MAID OF THE MIST to take a closer look at the Bridal veil falls in a boat ride on the river.
    Proceed to CAVE OF THE WINDS, where you will take an elevator ride- 175 feet below to get a firsthand feel of the Power of Falls. Geared up in a souvenir rain poncho, guests follow wooden walkways along Niagara River to the Hurricane Deck. Carry an extra pair of clothes as you will get wet.

  • Day : 7 GOODBYE! FLY OUT OF BUF NIAGARA FALLS (B)

    After breakfast, our representative will pick you up from the hotel for airport transfer based on your individual flights (please note that check-out time is 11 a.m. The packed breakfast option is not available for passengers taking early flights. Your departure flight will be out of BUF - This airport transfer on a private basis is included in your cost.

1) International and Domestic flights (your flight will be arriving on Thursday at JFK & departing out of buffalo, NY on wednesday).

3) Mandatory tips ($25 per person in cash for the entire tour for the Driver and Guides) to be given to the tour director, this cannot be pre-paid.

1) Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details. Please reconfirm the hotel list prior to your travel date.

2) Tour Operator reserves the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on the weather, traffic, or any other conditions for the convenience of the passengers.

3) Hotel rates are subject to change at the time of booking

4) Child age is 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.

5) One piece of medium luggage and one carry-on per person is recommended

6) If the suggested hotels are not available at the time of the confirmation, we will offer alternative hotels with new rates. We will do our best to maintain the rates of course, but all depends on availability.

7) Early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to the hotel’s availability.

8) In case of different dates or number of paying passengers, rates will be subject to changes.

9) In case of human or computer error, we reserve the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.

10) A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers. Passengers need to wear masks upon entering the vehicle for their pickup.

11) For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase

12) Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am.

13) Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 5:30 p.m.

14) Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.

15) Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be a 15-seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater. For van tours under 15 passengers, we will have a Driver as the Tour leader.

16) Tour Operator is not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.

17) Hotels will ask for CC with your personal name on the card at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 1-2 business weeks for the charge to disappear from the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.

18) We charge a late fee for bookings that come in within 10 days of travel. This will be $25 per person. A $35 wire transfer fee applies for all bank transactions.

19) We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.

20) Tour Operator is not equipped to assist any special needs and wheelchair passengers on this tour.

21) The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes and an umbrella are recommended

22) Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided. In case of natural Calamities and wildfires, the route and itinerary will change without prior notification.

23) Tour Operator does not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.

24) Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room, we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds. We try our best to accommodate your room request regarding view and category. This request is subject to the hotel and cannot be guaranteed. Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that they may incur at the hotel.

25) In no event we are liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.

26) In the event of such wildfires, snow and ice, road icing, and road closures, we reserve the right to temporarily change the itinerary of the day to ensure the safety ..

27) We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through Tour Operator. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. If the optional tours which is not purchased through us. Tour Operator will not provide any assistance with that service.

28) In case of Coach Breakdown, we will provide a different coach as soon as possible. Tour Operator will provide No monetary compensation.

29) The Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are confirmed – But in case of the occurrence of any circumstance beyond control – such as acts of god, war, acts of terrorism, Government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facility – to the extent that such circumstances, the same Hotel cannot be provided. Tour Operator will give a similar Hotel -However, Tour Operator will not offer any monetary compensation.

30) There will be no tour Manger for 5 pax and less
